The decision to reopen schools in phases is a conspiracy to thwart efforts to revive educational activities in the country, All Pakistan Private Schools Association said.

Lahore: All Pakistan Private Schools Association has opposed the decision to open educational institutions in phases. According to details, the All Pakistan Private Schools Association has rejected the decision of the Education Ministers' Conference, saying that the decision to open schools in phases is a conspiracy to thwart efforts to revive educational activities in the country.

It may be recalled that the government has decided in principle to reopen universities and colleges from September 15. According to details, a meeting of inter-provincial education ministers was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood. All the provinces agreed in the meeting chaired by Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood.

It has also decided to open educational institutions from 9th to 12th class from September 15. Corona cases will be monitored after the opening of large classes. The NCOC will give final approval for the opening of educational institutions. The meeting also considered opening hostels attached to educational institutions. The issue of uniform curriculum was also discussed in the meeting of inter-provincial education ministers. The meeting will finalize SOPs in educational institutions, short academic syllabi and holding of examinations in 2021 is on the agenda.
